The Annual Meeting of the Fitchburg Serenity Club will take place Sun, Feb 21 at 9:00am. This is your opportunity to offer input, ask questions and share feedback about the clubhouse. FSC members may attend in-person OR via Zoom. Zoom meeting info is here:

The annual member meeting has the following purposes:

• To provide a forum for the FSC Board to apprise the membership of the state of the clubhouse, financial and otherwise.
• To provide a forum for members to raise their questions and concerns about the clubhouse, the property and/or FSC activities.
• To introduce candidates for election to the Board and hold nominations and elections.
• To vote on other business permitted at the Annual Meeting by the Bylaws.

Members in good standing will be able to participate in elections.

We are providing for the ability for real-time voting to take place for both members attending in-person AND attending remotely.

The number of FSC members in attendance shall constitute a quorum for the Annual Meeting.
